PAYMENT MODE

We accept payments through ‘wire transfer’ and ‘credit cards’. You can pay the amount using American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit card. On-line credit card payment system is safe and widely used. Your credit card details will not be shared with anyone except our service provider. You will receive all the transaction details once you complete bookings such as hotel rooms, transportation, etc. A service tax of 2% will be added to your billed amount in addition.

CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY

Please be aware that we may have to cancel some orders that we cannot process even if approved. We have the right, at our sole discretion, to reject or cancel any order for any reason. Some reasons that may cause your order to be cancelled include out of stock items, mistakes or errors in product or pricing information, or issues detected by our credit and fraud prevention department. We will reach out to you if your order is partially or fully canceled or if we need more information to accept your order. If we fail to process your order within 15 working days we will start a refund.

We will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account if your order is cancelled after the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking. We will send you a cheque (not a DD) if the payment mode was Cheque or DD. Cheques will be sent to the customer’s billing address only.

If we get a cancellation notice from the customer and we have not processed/ approved the order, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount. We cannot cancel orders that have been processed and sent out already.

Cancellation & refund will follow the rules & regulations of the respective authority if you cancel the services online.
